Senior Motion Designer

Digital social agency Neoganda is hiring Sr. Motion Designers for part time, full time and remote bookings. We are currently looking for talented artists who have an acute sense of design, a deep passion for animation, and who thrive in fast paced team environments. We are calling on all lovers of typography, cel animation, illustration, 3D, and creative direction across the US. Artist must be comfortable in leading projects and provide unique ideas from concept to finish. This is an opportunity to join an agency and production team focused on artists to help create incredibly smart, design-driven animation.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Take motion graphic projects from inception to completion
  • Work with Creative Director, Director of Motion Graphics, Producers and team to concept and strategize around creative briefs
  • Revise work based on internal and external notes in a timely manner
  • Be able to efficiently manage time and communication through a PMS

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years professional experience
  • Must have entertainment experience
  • Must show good design, layout and organizational skills
  • Must know how to execute your own ideas from concept to completion
  • Strong understanding of typography and design
  • Ability to work quickly under pressure within a deadline driven team environment

Creative Manager

Digital boutique creative agency has an immediate opening for a full time Creative Manager. While we work within a wide range of digital creative, our main focus is on digital banner campaigns and social media specifically with entertainment clients. We play in a fast paced environment, and we're looking for someone who has the experience to hit the ground running from day one. You must have worked on previous digital banner campaigns and must have some knowledge of the social media landscape.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage creative needs between clients and agency by ensuring that all assets are reviewed and approved by internal team and the client and that timelines are clearly and regularly communicated to them.
  • Create and maintain project schedules and help drive timelines that are most often tight.
  • Ability to run the day-to-day work-flow by partnering closely with the team's producer to make sure creatives are thoroughly briefed and have all needed assets.
  • Maintain a collaborative working relationship with regular status updates and timelines that track urgency to relay to clients and senior managers to address "red flag" issues in a timely, effective, and outcome-oriented fashion.
  • Understand banners specs and the creative process in which banners are developed and trafficked. Have a basic knowledge of standard entertainment sites and their banner requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process, operational, and culture enhancement.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience working on entertainment digital campaigns at either an agency (media or creative) or on client side
  • Must understand and be well versed in digital banners - understanding media plans, specs, and delivery needs
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Must be able to work on multiple campaigns at the same time

Jr Digital Production Designer

Just graduated from art school? Off for the summer? Instead of serving coffee and going to the movies this summer, why not drink coffee and actually work on movies instead? Sounds like a solid plan.

In this ENTRY LEVEL position, the Digital Production Designer will work closely with Art Directors and Producers performing layout and design tasks. A major responsibility will be resizing and organizing existing designs for banners, primarily for theatrical movie releases. Our work is entrenched in motion picture promotions, so the ideal candidate should have at least a developing interest in theatrical digital marketing. While the primary function of this role is production, opportunities to contribute original social media concepts and/or designs may be included as well. This is a great opportunity to develop your portfolio with high-profile properties.

The Work

  • Resize and repurpose digital files for online graphics such as banners and social media
  • Perform duties associated with product artist and other layout or design needs
